Terms of Service

Welcome to ContentFlow. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ContentFlow web application and services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Definitions
- "ContentFlow," "we," "our," "us" refers to the ContentFlow platform and its operators.
- "User," "you," "your" refers to any individual or entity using the Service.
- "Content" refers to videos, images, text, captions, hashtags, and any other material you upload or publish through the Service.
- "TikTok" refers to TikTok and its associated platform, APIs, and services operated by ByteDance Ltd.
2. Eligibility
To use ContentFlow, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)
- Have a valid TikTok account in good standing
- Have the authority to agree to these Terms
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
3. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. TikTok Account Connection
To use the content publishing features, you must connect your TikTok account through TikTok's official OAuth 2.0 authorization flow. By doing so:
- You authorize ContentFlow to access your TikTok account with the permissions you grant (video upload, video publish, video list).
- You understand that ContentFlow will publish content to your TikTok account only when you explicitly request it.
- You may revoke access at any time through your TikTok account settings or by disconnecting within ContentFlow.
- Your use of TikTok through ContentFlow is also subject to TikTok's Terms of Service.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Upload or publish content that infringes any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property right
- Post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or obscene
- Use the Service to spam, distribute malware, or engage in any form of deception
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure
- Use automated tools to abuse the Service's API or exceed rate limits
- Resell or redistribute access to the Service without authorization
- Violate TikTok's Community Guidelines or Terms of Service
- Superimpose watermarks, promotional branding, or unauthorized overlays on content posted through the Service
6. Content Ownership and Responsibility
- Your Content: You retain full ownership of all content you upload to ContentFlow. We do not claim any ownership rights over your content.
- License to Us: By using the Service, you grant ContentFlow a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to process and transmit your content solely for the purpose of publishing it to TikTok on your behalf.
- Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content you publish through ContentFlow. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to the content you upload.
- Content Removal: We reserve the right to refuse to transmit any content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.
7. Service Availability
- We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service.
- We may suspend or modify the Service for maintenance, updates, or operational reasons.
- We are not responsible for any delays or failures in content publishing caused by TikTok's API, network issues, or third-party services.
8. Intellectual Property
The ContentFlow name, logo, design, and all associated intellectual property are owned by ContentFlow. You may not use our branding, trademarks, or design elements without prior written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ContentFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or that content will be successfully published at all times.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ContentFlow and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
- You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
- We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
- Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
13. Modifications to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or via email. Your continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
